Exchange and Refund policy:
In MyChillStore the customer has the right to request a refund if the fulfillment of the order is delayed from the date specified in the product description and agreed upon between the two parties, unless there is a delay due to special circumstances.
- The refund is made by adding the amount paid to the customer's wallet on the store, or issuing a discount code for the amount of the payment, which has a validity period of 14 days. The customer has the right to request an exchange within a maximum of 3 days from the date of delivery.
- If the product is an activation code or voucher code, it cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased and delivered. Please always make sure to choose the right product before purchasing.
- For products that require activation, such as app subscriptions, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to the payment nature of these subscriptions. For example, after activating a subscription to a movies, series or sports app, the amount paid cannot be refunded.
- If the delivery of orders is delayed by more than 48 hours by our employees in the store, the customer has the right to refund the full amount or replace it with a discount code in the value of the amount paid and used only once.
Please note that in case of any error, negligence or misinformation provided by the customer, no refund or exchange will be made.
